Al Kacin, who's running for Elko County, NV, "justice" of the peace, is a scumbag and a worm. It's my right to make voters aware of his (her?) activities, and you will not prevent me from doing this.
I’ve never encountered Kacin as a private citizen, only a government agent. Under the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights I have the right to ridicule and berate Kacin/the government to my heart’s content. IT'S CALLED FREE SPEECH.
