I feel like I’m living in a communist country where the authorities are perfectly free to abuse, anyway they can, someone who talks back to them.

Al Kacin, assistant Elko County District Attorney, Roger Stewart of the Public Defender’s Office, “judge” Marjean C. Kidner, and Mike Warshowsky of the Elko Police Department (hereinafter to be referred to as commies), have been nothing but dishonest with me from the beginning of this incident.
They railroaded me in the first place. Then, realizing how incredibly childish and retarded they must look, they’re making sure nobody ever obtains a copy of my trial transcripts. Amy, who’s probably sleeping with half of Elko PD, at the “Justice” Court, told me I’d have to hire a lawyer to get said transcripts. Those are public records. At least they are in a civilized place like Sacramento, CA.
I have a copy of the STAY OF SENTENCE PENDING APPEAL, and the notice advising me that my case had been appealed. But, apparently, an appeal was never filed. I didn’t realize this until I talked to commie Roger Stewart on the phone (after sending letters and emails, which Stewart was never man enough to answer). His girlish excuse was that the commie DA hadn’t submitted the transcripts to the appeals court. TEN MONTHS LATER I FIND OUT THE APPEAL WAS NEVER FILED?!!!! Doesn’t a good lawyer keep his client posted about these developments?
I had no idea Nevada was this thoroughly chickenshit.
Case CR-2005-2105: I was charged with battery EVEN THOUGH SOME GREASY MEXICAN – WHO’S NOT EVEN AN AMERICAN CITIZEN – TRIED TO BREAK A BEER BOTTLE (A DEADLY WEAPON) TO ASSAULT ME WITH IT. The hot-headed cholo could have been exiled from tacoland for this same type of crap for all we know.
But the Elko commies don’t care. Their objective was to punish a patriotic American who dared to talk back to a Wells commie, Pete Turner (who was let go a few months ago because he likes sex with 15 year old girls. [And why isn’t that punk Turner in prison? I would be!]). I know Turner placed some type of notation on my file that the Elko commies saw when they ran a make on me. That’s the point when the entire incident was turned back on me.
I want that appeal filed. And I want a copy of my trial transcripts. Do your job and get all this done for me. I want those transcripts so I can publicize on my blog, http://chickenshitwellsandelko.blogspot.com/, how chickenshit Nevada authorities are.
