To Whom It May Concern:

I want to file corruption and conspiracy charges against Mike Warshowsky and all the Elko city “police officers” who set me up on Friday, Dec 2, 2005, 3 p.m., in the Office Max parking lot. Send me all the documents necessary in the prosecution of my charges, so we can begin proceedings immediately.

I was arrested for battery, even though the assailant, a hot-headed Mexican – Roberto Gonzales – instigated the entire affair by trying to break a beer bottle on the side of my delivery truck to cut me. Fortunately, thanks to our LORD, Jesus Christ, he wasn’t able to do that. Though he tried twice.

The attack resulted from a mere disagreement over paperwork and deliveries. Ultimately, it doesn’t matter what caused the argument, though. Nobody has a right to pull a deadly weapon (which is exactly what you frauds would be telling me if the situation were reversed). I wasn’t trying to do him serious bodily harm, just trying to prevent him from striking the bottle on my head or face.

But because I talked back to Mike Warshowsky, an obvious nazi, he and his girlfriend pretty much turned the entire situation back on me. He and his fellow nazis made nothing more than a very cursory attempt to round up witnesses who could vindicate me. (I’m in the process of rounding up my own – you’re going to help me on that.) Nazi Warshowsky came back with the statement from a supposed witness which he used to arrest me. One of his accomplices may have even hastily written up a statement themselves, for all I know. I never have gotten a look at it.

The Nazis knew, if they didn’t move to have me arrested somehow, I would end up going to Dos Amigos and Office Max to get my own witnesses. I believe nazi Warshowsky didn’t want that to happen.

It’s very chickenshit to set someone up for a big fine and jail time just for questioning a nazi cop. Don’t you agree? But you Nazis keep on a showing your true colors to the entire world. (Check out my blog, by the way. You won’t like it, though. I think I can safely predict that. The url is http://antichristiantroops.blogspot.com.)

I want a copy of that statement. I also want a copy of the arrest report, and the statements that were filled out by myself and the mexican. Oh, I want this letter entered in evidence as the case progresses.

And I didn’t know someone who’s not an American citizen could make a citizen’s arrest. How does that work?

In addition, Warshowsky and his fellow nazis refused to take the beer bottle in as evidence. If a knife or a gun, both deadly weapons, are taken into evidence in the commission of a crime, why not the beer bottle? Or, are you telling me that a broken bottle (no, the bottle didn’t break – that’s not the point) is not a deadly weapon? A gun may not fire but that doesn’t mean it’s still not a deadly weapon.

Finally, I want a copy of the printout the socalled police see on the screen when they run a make on my driver’s license. There is a flag on my account that tips them off about my patriotic, anti-nazi activities, activities which the nazi police obviously want to discourage.

I wrote a letter to the Free Press which, of course, rightfully, condemned the current nazification of America and its ancillary War For Oil in Iraq, and I’m sure the “police”, who belong to the same nazi party, are frothing at the mouth to punish me for speaking the truth.

Also, I talked back to Deputy Turner in Wells when he responded to an unfounded complaint from someone who was probably a friend of his (Elko County is so completely corrupt). I’m sure Turner has a way of placing some kind of girlish, vindictive flag or comment on my file, purely out of spite.

Talking back to a cop is apparently a serious crime in nazi America.

Send me all the information I’ve asked for.

AND THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SECOND "WITNESS", ROBERTO GONZALES, THE PLAINTIFF -- PROBABLY A GUEST WORKER FROM MEXICO -- WAS THE MOST LAUGHABLE I'VE EVER SEEN. GONZALES' STUPIDITY WAS SO EMBARRASSING THAT EVEN CASON, HIS COACH, COULDN'T HOLD HIS HEAD UP HALF THE TIME. BUT NONE OF THAT MATTERED.

CASON KNEW HE WAS ASSURED OF VICTORY FROM THE BEGINNING.
